Delete your BagWit account

Owners

In the app (fastest): download any photos you want to keep, then open BagWit → Settings → Delete account and confirm twice. Your login, all of your locations, their photos, order details and employee lists are deleted right away, and any subscription is canceled so you aren't charged again.

Without the app: email support@bagwit.com from your account's email address with the subject “Delete my BagWit account”. We'll confirm by email and delete everything within 30 days.

Photo files are removed from storage within about a day of deletion. We keep only billing records we're legally required to keep (such as invoices), for as long as the law requires.

Employees

Open the app → Settings → Leave restaurant. That removes your name from the team and deletes your account on that phone right away. Photos you took belong to the restaurant and follow its auto-delete setting; ask the owner if you want any removed sooner.
